Should You Book A Family Photoshoot?

  1. Time Stops for No one

One of the things I wish my parents would have done more of, is take pictures of me when I was younger. Sometimes I find myself wanting to look back on some of the important things from my past, like the times I wrestled, swam, preached a seminar, and so. These are lost memories that I won’t be able to share with my children. Trust me even if you don’t like taking photos, this used to be me, its so important because one day in the future you are going to want to look back or your kids will want to look back and you will have nothing to show them. Go get your family and get ready for a photoshoot!

  2. Family Photos Keep Us Rooted

Imagine hundreds of years from now, your great great great grandkids are looking back at collections of photos of you and your family. They may have never met you but they will feel like they know you. The more photos of your family you take the better the story you will be able to tell them. We could in one family, tell stories of successful lawyers, doctors, entrepreneurs, and even successful photographers. The power of photos and the stories they tell are sometimes overlooked, don’t ignore them and decide to take family photos every opportunity you get.

  3. It Will Make For A Great Family Bonding Activity

Typically, the notion of a family bonding activity is to go on a vacation and spend thousands of hard earned money. How about an experience that can fulfill the same purpose as a vacation but for less? For instance, you can all decide on a color or multiple colors for the photoshoot this creates a conversation that everyone can chip in even the little ones. Then, there is hair and makeup for the lovely ladies of the family, this could be a time to go together and bond and look beautiful while doing it. (Side note, I recommend always getting hair and makeup professionally done before a photoshoot.) After shoot, is done as a family you can go get lunch, dinner, take a walk in the park, anything really take full advantage of the fact that everyone is in one location and do something together.
