Thank you for considering Royal T Visuals Photography, for your photography needs. Listed below are some of our different policies to be aware of.

Rescheduling

After your session date has been scheduled, you may reschedule up to a week before your session subject to availability. Rescheduling within a week from your session may result in a rescheduling fee of $50.

Retainer/Initial Payment

All sessions require a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before the day of your session. If Royal T Visuals Photography cannot provide services due to health or personal issues, an alternative date will be offered, or your initial payment will be refunded.

Lateness

In the event that you are late, your session will be shortened by the amount of time you are late. If availability allows, additional time may be added, but it will be subject to an additional fee. Lateness of 30 minutes or more may result in session being cancelled.

Royal T Visuals grants the Clients permission to use the images for personal use only. These images can not be distributed, duplicated, or used for advertising and/or commercial use for financial gain without prior consent from Royal T Visuals,LLC.
