Thank you for considering Royal T Visuals Photography for your photography needs. Listed below are some of our different policies to be aware of.

Retainer/Initial Payment/Deposit

All experiences require a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer/deposit to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due the day of your experience.

Rescheduling

After your session date has been scheduled, you get 1 complimentary reschedule up to a week before your session. Each additional reschedule after the first (if applicable) will require a $25 rescheduling fee.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your appointment and we cannot reschedule, we will cancel your appointment, and the non-refundable deposit or any additional payments made to secure your appointment will be forfeited.

Lateness

All experiences get a 10-minute grace period for lateness. Lateness of more than 10 minutes will result in a cancelled experience. All appointments cancelled due to lateness will forfeit your deposit, and you will be required to book a new appointment.

Same Day Scheduling
If you need to schedule a same-day appointment and we can accommodate your request, there is a same-day scheduling fee of $25.

Royal T Visuals grants the Clients permission to use the images for personal use only. These images can not be distributed, duplicated, or used for advertising and/or commercial use for financial gain without prior consent from Royal T Visuals, LLC.
