Service Agreement
Royal T Visuals,LLC will provide The Client the photography services stated in their selected package. Royal T Visuals retains the rights to refuse any additional services not stated in the package.

Deposit & Payment
The Client understands that their session deposit is non-refundable. The Client also understands that all remaining payment is due by the end of their session or the date agreed upon by the Client & photographer.

Cancellation/Rescheduling
Client understands that they can reschedule their appointment up to a week before their session as long as their is an availability.
Client understands that if they have to cancel their appointment their deposit will act as their cancellation fee.

Lateness
The Client understands that if they are more than 20 minutes late their session will be cancelled.

Re-Edits Policy
The Client understands that they must notify Royal T Visuals within 24 hours of receiving their final edits for any re-edits they may want. The client understands that all re-editing needs made outside of that 24 hour window may result in an additional charge.

Copyright
Royal T Visuals,LLC retains full copyrights of the images, and may use images for purposes not limited to advertising, competitions, and website/social media content. Royal T Visuals grants the Clients permission to use the images for personal use only. These images can not be distributed, duplicated, or used for advertising and/or commercial use for financial gain without prior consent from Royal T Visuals,LLC.
